What is the Seeker Program?
Every child has natural abilities and strengths. The problem happens when we try to force a one-fit-all solution to life-changing decisions such as career selection. Some teenagers are clear on what they wish to study while some take longer to figure out the right pathway. It is okay.

Choosing a career is becoming more and more complex given the plethora of opportunities and options popping up. Parents themselves feel confused and underconfident while advising their kids because career choices look very different today than what parents saw in their adulthood.

And when you ask the kids, they are frustrated because they feel that their parents don’t understand or support them.
We have seen these parent-kid conversation deadlocks in our own larger families and that is when we knew that this program is absolutely needed if we want Indian kids to prepare for high-growth careers ahead - whether it happens via competitive exams in India or via study abroad. The key is to let them make the right choice by thinking it through a guided methodology.
